Description

The Village of Loon Lake will contract an engineering firm to work with the Village to have the sewer lines camera inspected (CCTV inspections). This will the allow the Village to receive a report to further note any deficiencies or issues in the condition of the lines. Based on the detailed condition ratings of the sewer lines, Council will be able to establish an Asset Management Plan prioritizing which section of lines will be replaced first and the cost to upgrade. An engineering firm will also prepare anticipated cost estimates for the Village infrastructure including water lines, sewer lines, sidewalks, roadways, and all other infrastructure. The engineer will also work with the Village to determine future replacement standards. This data will be used for a Long-Term Capital Budget Plan.
