Description
The Town of Rexton will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 of the initiative willinclude creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up a geographical informationsystem (GIS). Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of consequence of failureand the probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 will include capital and policy planning and will end with aworkshop for both Council and staff.
