Description
The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg will collate and reconcile existing financial, inventory and condition data from all available records across all asset categories (road network, bridges network, stormwater network, bridges), into one data structure using CityWide software. It will also establish a standardized condition rating system across multiple asset categories. Additionally, the corporation will provide targeted Asset Management training to an expanded cross-functional Asset Management team including senior leadership, area managers and technical Asset Management staff. The Corporation will develop an Asset Management policy, systemic framework and a 2-year plan for Asset Managementobjectives and they will be endorsed by Council to achieve legislative compliance.
