Description
The Town of Florenceville-Bristol will create an Asset Management Plan following the guidelines outlinedby the province. With the aid of a consultant, a gap assessment and AM policy will be developed that alignswith the Town's strategic goals and values. Following the gap assessment, the Town will go through aseries of workshops to identify and create service levels, asset strategies, critical assets, AM risk frameworkand a financial strategy. The outcome will be a financial model that aligns with the Town's goals andobjectives and ensures spending is sustainable both in the present and future as well as improvementactions to improve AM practice in the Town.
