Description
The Town of St. Lawrence will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 of theinitiative will include creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up a geographicalinformation system (GIS). Phase 2 includes prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of theconsequence of failure and the probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 includes capital and policy planningand will end with a workshop for both Council and staff.
