Description
With the funding provided from FCM, the City of West Kelowna will build on the Asset Management Training and Roadmap that was recently completed to develop an asset management Policy and Strategy. The City will also create a Data Collection Framework as well as conduct data collection and database management while providing training and coaching to staff.
