Description
The City of Armstrong will develop a long-term financial model that will support asset management decision making. In particular, the financial model will help the City identify the risks associated with the current funding gap and help the City develop a plan to bridge their funding gap.The City will also improve its asset inventory, update its current AM plan with the improved inventory anduse the outputs from the AM plan to populate a presentation template. The City will develop a presentation template that staff will use to present asset management plan updates to their council annually.
