Description

"The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) will develop an Asset Management Plan for the
Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Plant has a combined operating and capital
budget of 7.9 million dollars (2020) and serves areas on the west side of Okanagan Lake including:
• City of West Kelowna
• District Municipality of Peachland
• Tsinstikeptum Indian Reserves 9 and 10.
The Asset Management Plan (AMP) will provide the detailed information required for data driven decision making as it applies to capital and operating projects and processes. The AMP will address inventory
information gaps, asset criticality, risk, a 20-year Capital Plan and certain maintenance process related to
critical assets. The AMP will be developed by a consultant with the help of internal Regional District subject
matter experts."
