Description
The Town of Caledon will complete the 2020 Asset Management Plan (AMP) update in order to meet both the Ontario Regulation (O. Reg) 588/17 requirements and the 2021 deadline. The AMP will focus on improvements to the following areas, asset hierarchies, growth related strategies, level of service, risk, and life cycle costings. The Plan will provide recommendations for replacement/rehabilitation and life-cycle event based on the condition and risk assets for each of the core asset groups. The AMP will be used for long-term budgeting decisions within each of the different business units.
