Description
To collect data on all existing assets of the Town of Halton Hills which include technical attributes, date ofinstallation, service life, costs to operate and maintain and asset valuation. Currently lots of data exist, butthey are in different systems and formats. Some asset groups data are in better shape than other assetgroups. Some asset data are inaccurate or not up to date. In this initiative the Town of Halton Hills will takethe existing data for each asset group, review them and validate in the field. Missing information will beadded, such as valuation and replacement values. All the data will be reformatted and compiled into astandard format. As mentioned some asset groups have condition assessment data with assigned conditionratings. However they come from different sources and lack some important information such as remainingservice life and future costs to refurbish or replace. This initiative will again revise all existing conditionassessment data, complete the missing ones and compile all collected data into a State of InfrastructureReport.
