Grey County will conduct updated assessments of the County's building assets. These assessments will be used to provide recommended lifecycle activities and assess the associated costs so that the County can create an accurate asset management plan for all building facilities. The completion of this work by an external consultant with technical expertise is the most effective way to get the best data the County’s financial, asset management, and climate change action planning can be based upon.
