Description
In order to work towards compliance with upcoming provincial regulations, the Township of Hamilton willcomplete an asset management (AM) policy, an AM maturity assessment, AM training workshops,restructure and consolidate AM data, and develop data collection protocols. These projects will assist inidentifying the township program gaps, improve its data collection methods and overall data picture for themunicipality, and provide an improved understanding of its asset management program and general assetmanagement concepts. This new capacity will ensure the township is building an effective assetmanagement program assisting with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
