Description

The Township of Stirling-Rawdon will contract LAS Roads Assessment Service to diagnose its roadway and sidewalk defects efficiently and effectively using rapid-sensor inspection technology collecting pavement related data while traveling with road or pedestrian traffic. The Township of Stirling-Rawdon will ensure that the roadway and sidewalk asset data collected is entered in a web-based GIS data management system that provides visual tools and methods to help decision-making for roadwaymanagement. The Township will use the sidewalk interface for hazard monitoring in accordance with Ontario Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways Reg. 239/02 and compliance with Integrated Accessibility Standards Reg. 413/12.
