Description
The Town will evaluate asset management gaps and risks, and develop a strategic asset management plan to prioritize development and implementation of asset management with identified levels of service. In the project, the Town will further develop its inventory for non-linear assets and undertake condition assessment and development of asset investment plans for the Town's major asset groups. Finally, a monitoring and reporting strategy will be developed and implemented to update Council on progress and initiatives.
