Description
The Town of Coalhurst will complete a Transportation Master Plan that includes an assessment for approximately 35 kilometres of municipal road network and sidewalk infrastructure. The scope of work includes surface and roughness inspections and analysis; acquisition of asset management software and related training; cost estimates for proposed upgrades; setting up GIS and integration of road network data;and, the creation of an updated 10-year Capital Plan that includes the identifications and costing of maintenance and rehabilitation requirements. The enhanced municipal infrastructure data and updated plan will guide the implementation of asset management strategies and support the development of formal policies and processes.
