Description
The Municipality of Huron East will conduct condition assessments on building assets and develop anaccurate and up-to-date condition rating. This updated information will assist the Municipality in moving forward with an Asset Management program, leading to fully updated asset information. The Municipality will also develop a Risk Framework that will assist in long-term planning and ensure that repair and replacement on the most high-risk assets are conducted. This information will be incorporated into the Asset Management Plan and assist with meeting provincial regulations.
