Description
The Rural Municipality of Stonehenge No. 73 will develop an Asset Management Policy statement, conduct an asset management analysis, and develop performance measures. The RM will conduct a condition assessment of gravel roads, facilities, and fleet assets, and complete a life-cycle optimization analysis. This will deliver a long-range infrastructure sustainability plan that will determine optimal funding allocations and performance levels. The RM will develop a short-range detailed works program in line with meeting identified funding allocation and performance level targets. The RM will apply a workbook/database application approach to provide "Continued Support for Asset Management" by managing condition data and work history, reporting the on-going state of the infrastructure (level of service), managing the program strategy, and training staff on the new functions.
