Description
The Village of Loon Lake will draft and adopt an Asset Management Policy and roadmap on how the municipality will complete its asset management plans for all the critical assets. The Village will finalize the condition ratings of waterlines, sanitary mains, sewer mains, water shut-off valves, streets, culverts, hydrants, sidewalks, curb and gutters, and signs. These linear assets will be recorded using GPS, mapped,and made available in a database for future reference. The project will move the municipality into the next stage of its Asset Management journey
