Description
The Town of Bowden will define a formal policy for the asset management system. The inventory and condition assessment will be compiled for each asset class through the combination of existing data and new assessments. A capital plan will be prepared and will take into account Life cycle costing, expected life cycle and costs to repair/replace assets. The framework will then be taken over fully by the Town for future updating and maintenance.
