Description
The District of North Cowichan will develop Asset Management Plans (AMPs) for major facilities based on actual data and incorporating risk-management strategies. Building on the momentum of recently completed AMPs for all linear infrastructure (i.e., water, sewer, roads, and stormwater), this project includes the inventory of existing asset data, an asset data gap analysis, creation of a Condition Assessment Framework and completion of Condition Assessments for major facilities. This information will allow the District to prioritize investment planning and define an asset replacement framework and costs.
