Description
The City of Owen Sound will conduct field work and review as built drawings to collect missing storm waterdata. The City will research industry standardized condition rating systems, selecting the most appropriatefor each core asset category; where necessary the city will conduct new condition assessments using thestandardized rating systems and update the registry. The City of Owen Sound will research materials andsupply costs and determine true replacement cost, not based on historical values. The City will define itscurrent levels of service, identify service measures and the life cycle events required to maintain its currentlevels of service. The project will focus on core services: Roads; Bridges; Water Network; Waste WaterNetwork; Storm Water Network.
