Description
The Town of Daniel’s Harbour will develop an asset management policy to guide decisions on servicesand infrastructure. The Town will conduct an assessment of service levels and the risks to servicedelivery, to identify high priorities for infrastructure replacement and renewal. Town will generate arefined State of Infrastructure Report that will reflect the levels of service and the risk assessmentoutcomes; the report will present the information in an easy to read and understand format for Counciland the public. The Town of Daniel’s Harbour will prepare its 5-year capital program and prioritiserenewal and replacement projects through its risk assessment process.
