Description
The Township of Perth will develop a Strategic Asset Management Policy to identify municipal goals, plans and policies. Climate change vulnerabilities and capitalization thresholds will be addressed and public opinions sought. The Township will outline current levels of service, along with current performance, lifecycle activities and growth considerations. Perth East will participate in a joint Request for Proposal with other lower tiers in Perth County to procure a consultant to assist with both phases including options for asset management software. Although the RFP is a joint effort, separate schedules will be provided for each participating municipality with the opportunity to procure singularly.
