Description
The Village of Clive will invest in Asset Management Training and preparatory work for the development of an Asset Management Policy. Then, the village will operationalize the practices and processes to ensure that sound and sustainable asset management concepts are brought to life.Activities to be completed include: a high-level inventory capture of assets and compile that information into one central system, documenting levels of service and risk profiles for each asset class, and developing a long-term financial plan for the village assets and draft asset management plan. The asset classes impacted are open roads, alleys, sidewalks, water mains, waste water mains, Village buildings and recreation facilities.
