Description
The Rural Municipality of Parkdale No. 498 will work with the Rural Municipality of Medstead and the Village of Medstead in northwest Saskatchewan to improve asset management capacity in each individual community and collectively within the region. The municipality is in the early stages of asset management. The scope of this project has been designed to include data collection well as the development of policy, people and strategy. The municipality will: Create an Asset Management Policy; Participate in capacity building/training workshops; Develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap; and Collect field data for all assets (streets, roads, culverts, signs, large culverts, water infrastructure, equipment and vehicles, buildings, and land improvements).
