Description
The Town of Laurentian Hills will develop an Asset Management (AM) Plan, condition assessment templates and undergo data work. The development of the AM Plan and enhanced asset information will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data-driven decisions.The development of the AM Plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the Town’s overall understanding of its asset management program, which will be further facilitated by its improved data.
