Description
The Town of LaSalle will undertake the development of an Asset Management Strategy for its Roads, Watermains, Wastewater, Storm Infrastructure, and Bridges. It will also complete Condition Assessment Protocols, a Lifecycle Framework, and undergo Asset Management Training.The development of the strategy will be critical in identifying gaps in the Town’s AM program and advancing in the most effective way to develop a sustainable program that will lead to long-term cost savings. The lifecycle framework and condition assessment protocols will be critical in enhancing asset data and in complying with provincial regulations. Further, the asset management training will ensure staff buy-in and adoption of asset management across the organization.
