Description
The Village of Chaplin will develop Data and Information capabilities, and the organizational processes and frameworks to support this. The village will document Asset Registry Information and assess the Condition of community assets and make this information available through inventory and GIS tools. It will improve the ability to prioritize and plan investment needs and address challenges such as aging infrastructure, increasing demand, and Climate Change impacts. Finally, the Village of Chaplin will also improve its policies and understanding of asset management and its implementation.
