Description
The Town of Harbour Main-Chapel’s Cove-Lakeview will capture all major assets (water distribution, sewer, trail and road networks as well as major municipal-owned buildings and structures) in electronic format. All linear assets will be captured in GIS format. Buildings and structures will be assessed and recorded in spreadsheet format. In addition to a fully functional Desktop GIS, an easy-to-use web mapping application will also be provided for the non- technical users.The Town will also generate Preliminary State of Infrastructure Reports (SOIR) on life expectancy, condition and replacement costs of each major asset group using open-source spreadsheets.
