Description
The Town of Hughes Brook will complete this Asset Management project in three phases. Phase 1 willinvolve the Town of Hughes Brook creating an asset register for its fixed infrastructure assets and utilizingusing a Geographical Information System (GIS). In Phase 2, Town assets will be prioritized in terms ofconsequence of failure and probability of failure and critical asset will be identified. Phase 3 will focus onthe high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operational strategies and policies will bedeveloped by the Town.
