Description
The Rural Municipality of Tisdale No. 427 will establish long term strategic plans which identifies the priority of the Municipality. This will include Asset Management. The RM will lay out timelines, a leadership and creating policies to continue for asset management. The RM will establish an Asset Management Committee to guide Council's decision-making and training. The training will be used to further develop policies and procedures. The RM will create an Asset Management Plan for the rural municipality. This project will involve municipal staff learning about and discussing levels of service, risk management, and life cycles costs associated with providing various services.
