Description
The Town of Fox Cove-Mortier will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 of theinitiative will include creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up a geographicalinformation system (GIS). Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of consequenceof failure and probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 will include capital and policy planning and will end witha workshop for both Council and staff.
