The Town of Shaunavon aims to make improvements in asset management, with special emphasis on Data & Information (D&I) and Planning & Decision-Making (P&D). In this project, the Town will upgrade itsAsset Management Information Systems and build its first set of Asset Management Plans, which will serve as a strong foundation for further competency improvements in other areas such as Budgets & Financial Planning, Cross-Functional Teams, and Internal and External Communication & Data Sharing.Upon project completion, the goal is for the Town to have completed a broad set of asset management practices and policies for managing the Town’s assets in a disciplined and organized way.
