Description
These projects are designed to improve the township’s asset management data as well as its overallorganizational competency in asset management. With this new capacity, the township will be able to makebetter informed infrastructure investment and management decisions. The Corporation of the Township ofSouth-West Oxford will develop a holistic asset management program by following the key steps ofdeveloping a strategic asset management policy, improving asset data, and providing an organization-wideunderstanding of the importance of asset management. The proposed projects will aid in theimplementation of a comprehensive and sustainable asset management program in South-West Oxfordnow and into the future.
