Description
Software and process improvements will be made to enable tracking of operations and maintenance costsby asset, as well as maintenance, failure and repair events. This asset life cycle data will inform bettercapital and operating decisions, based on performance, cost and risk impacts over the full life cycle of ourassets. This project will focus on roll-out to the Water, Wastewater and Stormwater asset areas, whichtogether represent approximately 66% of the Corporation's $5.6 billion inventory of assets and infrastructure(replacement value).
