Description
The Town of Leading Tickles will complete and implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 will focus on creating an asset register for its fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing a geographical information system to capture data. Phase 2 will prioritize the asset register to account for consequence of failure and probability of failure. Phase 3 will incorporate the Phase 1 and Phase 2 data into the capital and operational planning procedures and creating an asset management policy.
