Description
The Condition Assessment Plan will define the rules and the approach to enable staff in all departments to program and complete consistent, repeatable condition assessments on their respective assets. The Plan will provide detail on which assets require condition assessments, selection criteria including consideration of legislative requirements (where appropriate), the frequency and method of assessment to be used, relevant scoring systems and business procedures, and links to decision making.The Implementation Framework will set out the application of the Condition Assessment Plan for each department, and provide detail on resources required for both initial base-line assessments.The Data Capture Program will develop a detailed plan, including schedule, logistics, and equipment requirements, for staff to go through records and into the field to collect data, with a focus on the highest value information. The program can be reviewed, improved, and updated on an annual basis to develop routine asset data and condition assessment collection programs to maintain the database.
