Description
The project will provide corporate asset management policy, strategy, and a framework for multi-yearcapital plan development. These items will then be used to link infrastructure needs, capital projects and(levels of service) asset performance graphs. Capital project scoping sheets will be developed, and a riskscenario will be incorporated into improvement activity prioritization. The project will aim to increase theMunicipality’s technical processes’ economies of scale in generating expenditure vs. asset performancealternatives for staff’s consideration when contemplating and making decisions. An effort will be made toaddress all infrastructure owned, approximately 11 intrinsically different asset classes.
