Description
The City of Brandon's "Advancing AM Planning and Decision-Making Maturity" project will utilize the recently developed Asset Management Plan in order to:1) Introduce standardized business case framework and guidelines, along with a common system for capture and evaluation of business cases.2) Establish standardized prioritization framework with a system for the capture and analysis of priorities.3) Formalize budget planning and development process to include input from AMP.These activities will bolster existing work Brandon has done in developing its Asset Management Program and further increase the City's transparency, consistency and defensibility with respect to its infrastructure decision-making. The project will take the next logical steps to further Asset Management that will continue to demonstrate value to the City and tax-payers.
