Description
The RM of Wolverine No. 340 Asset Management Strategy and Plan will complete the condition assessment of approximately 534 kilometres of road network and approximately 456 culverts. This information will inform the development of the RM’s Asset Management Plan, ultimately improving budgeting and capital planning processes. This will be further reinforced by establishing a strategy to address the decision-making approaches, roles and responsibilities of Council, Administration, and Staff, and how the asset management program will be monitored and evaluated over time.
