Description
The project will build a condition assessment program for Fleet, Facilities, Water, Wastewater and Road assets and begin assessments. The intent of the project is to develop a program that can be administered regularly and routinely to evaluate the condition of Town owned assets and build meaningful rating scales that eliminate the subjective whenever possible. The program will then setup timetables and priority areas for assessment and perform tests of the program and evaluate how well the programs provide information for prioritizing maintenance and replacement decisions.
