Description
Development of asset management plans for four key assets owned by the Town, which include transportation, water, sewer and buildings. The project will involve municipal staff learning about life cycles costs of the various services provided and assist Council’s future decision making to ensure they work toward long-term sustainability of services.By working on this project with seven other municipalities and a major industry partner (Mosaic) in the region, the municipality will ensure that the region has an asset plan in place to handle any future economic development that may occur and also ensures the region’s sustainability.
