Description
The Town of Birch Hills will complete a comprehensive GPS topographic survey of all linear assets andcompile plan preparation. The Town will also undertake a comprehensive infrastructure condition assessment on all roads, sidewalks, culverts, lagoon, and waterworks system. Subsequently, the Town will prepare a comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AMP) including strategic planning regarding construction, maintenance, renewal and replacement of assets, and up-to-date valuations of infrastructure assets.
