Description
The Township of Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional will develop an AM plan and implement the CityWide Asset Manager software. The AM plan development and implementation of the software will allow the Township to gain an advanced understanding of their assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Development of the Township’s AM plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of their AM program. Further, the implementation of the asset management software will be a critical piece in continuing to advance the Township’s asset data and have more involvement from staff across the organization in asset planning.
