Description
The Municipality of Callander will undertake the development of an Asset Management plan, a lifecycle framework for identifying critical assets and maintenance and Asset Management training. The development of the Asset Management plan and ongoing asset data improvements will allow the Municipality to gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The development of the Asset Management plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of the municipalasset management program, which will be further facilitated by training.
