Description
The RM of De Salaberry has recognized the need to develop a formal asset management approach. The municipality will achieve the development of a consolidated Asset Management Framework (Asset Management Policy, Strategy, Roadmap, and Plan) to inform infrastructure investment decisions, with a focus on roads, bridges, and culverts. This framework will draw upon centralized asset data, and the municipality will train the staff on appropriate principles for plan execution. Phase 2 will focus on built infrastructure.
