Description
In order to work towards compliance with provincial regulations, the Town of Huntsville will undertake the development of an asset management policy, maturity assessment report, and data gathering templates, as well as implement asset management software. These activities will assist the Town with identifying its overall organization gaps in asset management, better outline staff roles and responsibilities via the asset management policy and improve the reporting and long-term planning through the asset management software. This new capacity will ensure that the Town is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
