Description
Peace River Regional District will develop an asset inventory, a Lifecycle Framework, and a Risk Framework. The development of these frameworks will allow the District to gain an advanced understanding of its critical assets and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The frameworks will ensure that the District is making the most effective asset planning decisions. Finally, the frameworks will be critical in the development of future asset management plans and ensure alignment with provincial guidelines.
