Description

Bethel Mennonite Care Services Inc. will complete an assessment of retrofit priorities for an existing 139-unit building in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This initiative will allow the organization and residents to engage on priorities and timelines. Additionally, this funding will support the housing provider in completing an early technical assessment of the building enclosure and electrical systems, such as lighting and HVAC. Finally, the organization will receive an initial estimate on the site’s geothermal potential by a Winnipeg-based firm.

Results from this assessment will be shared with all residents and board members and help the organization access additional GMF Study grant and Efficiency Manitoba funding.
