Description
The Town of Gillams will implement an asset management project in three phases. In the first phase, the town will create an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets using a Geographical Information System (GIS). In Phase 2, assets will be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure and critical assets will be identified. Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operational strategies and policies will be developed.
